I
have always had the passion for the arts as far back as I can remember.
As a young adult, I designed jewelry and operated a floral design business.
I have a 4-year college degree, but decided to make a mid-life career change to pursue what I liked doing most. I left my job at Stanford University and studied full time. In 2001, I successfully earned a certificate in Interactive and Multimedia Technologies. My designs were handpicked by the Design Master of the Fine Arts Department for exhibition at the Foothill College Annual Art Exhibit, April 2001 and 2002. Today, I specialize in digital imaging such as manipulation of digital photographs, image compositing, retouching images, image color correction, and digital sketches. I have a passion for photography. I bring my portable digital camera along all the time, so I don't miss out on photo ops. My greeting cards are rendered from photographs that I have taken myself. In addition to my graphic, Web, and multimedia designs I have recently revived my interest in jewelry design. |
